What does your body do for you?

There are a lot of reasons to love your body.

Sometimes when I’m feeling down about my body, I think about all of the things it does for me. Especially during finals week, it is easy to get down on yourself, to not get proper sleep, to not take the time to eat the food your body wants, etc. But remember that you need to fuel your body and your brain to get you through the week!
